By purchasing a rank or any other product from eclypsesmp ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Purchase
All purchases are for virtual in-game items/perks (e.g., ranks, cosmetics) tied to your Minecraft account on eclypsesmp. You are not purchasing physical goods, real currency, or ownership of any kind.

2. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital and instant nature of rank delivery, refunds are not offered except where required by law, or at our sole discretion in cases of accidental duplicate purchase or technical error preventing delivery.

3. Delivery
Ranks are typically applied automatically within a few minutes of successful payment. If your rank hasn't been applied within 24 hours, please contact us via https://discord.gg/2YNvTPwjC with your Minecraft username and proof of purchase.

4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. We are not responsible for ranks applied to an incorrect username due to customer error.

5. Rule Violations & Bans
Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from server rules. If your account is banned for rule violations, you will not receive a refund for any previously purchased ranks or perks.

6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve an issue will result in an immediate and permanent ban from eclypsesmp, across all platforms (Minecraft, Discord, etc.).

7. Changes to Ranks/Perks
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove specific perks tied to a rank at any time, in order to maintain server balance or performance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes.

8. Server Availability
eclypsesmp is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, and are not liable for any loss of access, progress, or purchased perks due to server downtime, resets, or closure.

9. Age Requirement
By purchasing, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from a parent/guardian (if under 18) to make this purchase.
